Eligibility: Veterans of the US military forces and their widows
Services Offered: Service Officers are fully trained and certified to connect veterans and their families with services they are eligible for and assist them in filing for federal and state benefits. Programs and benefits offered include: Health care, Service-Connected Disability Compensation, Pensions, Education and Training, Burial and Survivor Benefits, Employment Services, Vehicle Registration Waiver, Property Tax Waiver and Home and Business Loans.
Mobile Vet Center: Bus in Red Lodge in front of the Elks Lodge every second Thursday of the month. Appointments are suggested, but walk ins are welcome. Mobile Vet center includes counselors for PTSD, grieving and military sexual trauma, veteran services representatives, job services and service Officers.
Eligibility: Every program or benefit has specific qualifying eligibility criteria and the office must be contacts to determine specific benefits or entitlements attainable. Benefits are specific to veterans based on their service and situation.
Costs of Service: None, all services are free to veterans and their families.
