Eligibility: Pregnant women through six weeks after delivery, while breast feeding until infant is 1 year old, postpartum teenage mothers, infants birth to one year of age, children ages one to five. Recipients must meet economic criteria. Must also be nutritionally in need. Client should contact the office.

Services Offered: This is a health and nutrition program serving lower income pregnant and breastfeeding women, women who have been pregnant within the last 6 months, infants and children under five  years of age. Grandparents caring for children under the age of 5 years, foster parents, or other legal guardians may qualify for WIC if they meet income eligibility limits. Supplement diets, issuing drafts to purchase specific nutritious foods. Referrals to other community resources and health care providers. Services include nutrition assessments and health and nutrition information, breastfeeding promotion and support, benefits for healthy foods to purchase at local grocery stores, and referrals to other community resources.

  1. Is there a supervisor i can speak with about an incident that happened at my wic appointment yesterday morning in red lodge? I am very upset about it and very upset about how my daughter and i were treated.
